Memories of '08

I suppose I should mention a few of the special moments of 2008. I guess it would be fitting.
1. Skiing Snowbird with beautiful sun, empty slopes, and just one of the best days of skiing ever. The day it was snowing really hard at Canyons when we were with Nora, James, and Sidney also was incredible fun.
2. California visit is always good, but I really liked it when Jake kept calling Mike "That Guy".
3. Getting swarmed by black flies in the Adirondacks. The hiking and mountain biking were good, but what a time for me to get a flat!
4. Watching Michael Phelps win his eighth gold medal in Bejing while in a packed bar in Newport with the whole place cheering for a swim event (as if it was the super bowl).
5. Jumping off the platforms with Mike and Pat in Beaverton. It has been years since I did that!
6. Camping at Mirror Lake with Pat, Lhes, and Joshua. "Who wants to go down to the lake and sing?" turned into, "I do not like camping". Excellent planetarium sky that night too.
7. Climbing the south sister, because it was worth the pain.
8. Jim's whirlwind graduation and state track meet. Whoah!
9. Kowloon's and hanging with the Colemans in general. Always a good time!
10. Baby W
