Today I met Mike at his new office in the city, and we wandered around midtown amidst the holiday bustle of the city. We bounced around the crowds at Rockefeller Center, wandered into the Waldorf-Astoria,looked at the fancy window displays (Saks featured a snowflake named "Mike"), wandered around the NY public library, and hung out in Bryant Park for a spell. The city is always festive for the holidays. Mike taught me how to get to the train from his office in less than 5 minutes. Everything was a zoo (including Grand Central-go figure!). The Christmas tree was really cool in the public library. I took some close up shots, but the tree was full of birds of all variety everywhere you looked.
